Refund Policy for NIFT, NID & UCEED Coaching

At Sanyukta Singh Studio, we provide premium coaching for NIFT, NID, and UCEED entrance exams through online, offline, and hybrid modes. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to fee payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. No Refund Policy (Course Fees)

All fees paid for NIFT Coaching, NID Coaching, UCEED Coaching, online courses, and study materials are strictly non-refundable.

Once a student enrolls in any program offered by Sanyukta Singh Studio, the seat is reserved and resources are allocated. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued after enrollment
• No refunds for partial attendance or non-attendance
• No refunds for change of mind

2. Batch Transfer / Course Adjustment

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases:

• Students may request a batch transfer or course adjustment
• Approval is subject to management discretion
• Requests must be submitted in writing

3. Cancellation by Institute

If a course or batch is cancelled by Sanyukta Singh Studio, students will be eligible for:

• 100% refund, OR
• Transfer to another batch/course

4. Duplicate Payment Refund

In case of accidental double payment:

• The extra amount will be refunded after verification
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

5. Access-Based Services (Digital Content)

No refunds will be provided if:

• Online classes have started
• Study material has been shared
• Recorded lectures have been accessed

These are considered consumed services.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If any refund is approved:

• It will be processed through the original payment method
• Timeline: 7–14 working days
