Almost every first call we get starts the same way. "Fees kitni hai?" It's a fair question, and we never dodge it. But with NID online coaching, the fee on its own tells you very little. Two programs can cost the same and still deliver completely different experiences.
So this isn't a post with one magic number. It's a guide to what sits behind NID online coaching fees, what usually gets left out, and how to compare plans without being fooled by a low price or a long brochure.
Think about what you're actually buying. You're not buying video access. You're buying someone's attention on your sketches, your thinking and your mistakes, over several months.
That's why the price per month is misleading. A cheap batch of 80 students may give you ten seconds of feedback a week. A pricier, smaller batch may give you ten minutes. Which NID online coaching plan is really more expensive per useful hour?
I'd rather you ask "what do I get for this money?" than "what's the lowest I can pay?" The second question is how students end up paying twice.
Any serious NID online coaching program should list these clearly. Check each one in writing before you pay.
At our studio, the online NID program includes live classes on a smart interactive panel, recordings of every live class, PDF study material, weekly and monthly tests, regular assignments, career counselling, and 24x7 support by email, call and WhatsApp. The full details are on our NID online coaching page. For the current fee, ask us directly, since plans change from batch to batch.
This is where most comparisons go wrong. Look at these four things before you look at the number.
Batch size. Sketching can't be taught to a crowd. Our batches are capped at 22 students so mentors can look at individual work. Ask every institute for its cap, and whether it's a real limit or a promotional line.
Live versus recorded. A recording can show you what a good composition looks like. It can't tell you why yours looks flat. If your NID online coaching plan is mostly recordings, the price should be noticeably lower.
Who teaches. Is it senior faculty, or a rotating set of juniors? Our faculty come from NIFT, NID and IIT backgrounds. Ask the same question of everyone on your shortlist.
Scope. Does the plan stop at Prelims, or does it cover the studio test and interview too? Good NID online coaching should prepare you beyond Prelims, otherwise you'll pay again after you qualify. Our NID Mains coaching page explains how that stage works.
Families often budget for the course fee and then get surprised. Keep these in mind when you add up the real cost of NID online coaching.
None of these are scams. They're just easy to forget, and they add up.
Put every NID online coaching plan side by side. This is the table I'd hand to a parent.

If an institute is vague on three or more of these, treat that as your answer.
Before you transfer a single rupee, read the refund policy and the payment terms. It takes ten minutes and saves a lot of arguments later. Ask what happens if you join a batch and realise after a week that the timing doesn't suit you. Ask whether you can switch batches, and whether fees are taken in one go or in installments.
A good institute answers these questions calmly and in writing. If you get a vague reply, or pressure to "book today because seats are filling," slow down. A decision this big for your child's career deserves a few days of thought, not a few minutes. Keep screenshots of the plan details and every message about fees.
Not automatically. A low fee is fine if the basics are covered. A self-disciplined student who already draws well, and mainly needs mock tests and structure, can do well on a lean NID online coaching plan.
But if you're a beginner, a very low price should make you ask what has been removed. Usually it's live feedback, small batches or experienced teachers. Those are the things that move a sketch from average to selectable.
Equally, a high price proves nothing. Some institutes charge more simply because they can. Judge NID online coaching on specifics, not on the price tag.
Our NID online coaching program suits students who want regular, personal feedback and a clear weekly rhythm, especially those who can't relocate to a big city. Students in Class 11 or early Class 12 get the most from a full-length course, because skills build slowly.
It may not be the right fit if you only want a PDF bundle to study alone, or if you can't commit to daily practice. No NID online coaching, ours included, replaces sketching every day. The class gives you direction. The improvement comes from repetition.
Unsure? Start with our free mock test registration and see where you stand before spending anything.
A student picks the cheapest NID online coaching plan, binge-watches recordings on weekends, and sends work to nobody. Three months later the sketches look the same, and the student decides NID online coaching doesn't work. It wasn't the format. It was a plan with no feedback loop. Ask how your work gets corrected, and that one question will protect your money better than any discount.
Don't pick NID online coaching on price alone. Ask for the fee breakdown, sit through a demo, and see how a mentor reacts to your actual drawing. To talk it through, call us on +91-8700323087 or visit Plot no 2A, 2nd Floor, C Block, Rama Park, near Dwarka Mor Metro Station, New Delhi - 110059. We'd rather you join with clear expectations than join fast.
How much does NID online coaching cost?
It varies by institute, program length and whether classes are live or recorded. Instead of chasing a number, compare what's included: live classes, tests, material and support. For our current fee, call +91-8700323087.
Are mock tests included in NID online coaching fees?
It depends on the institute. Some bundle them, others sell them separately, so ask for it in writing. Our program includes weekly, monthly and Full length Mock tests.
Is online coaching cheaper than classroom coaching for NID?
Often the course fee is lower, and you also save on travel, hostel and living costs. But price shouldn't be the only factor. Feedback quality matters more than the format.
Can I get a demo before paying?
You should always ask for one. A demo shows how the teacher explains, how they correct sketches and how big the batch really is. If an institute refuses, treat that as a warning.
Does the fee cover both DAT Prelims and Mains?
Not always. Check whether the plan prepares you for the studio test and interview as well as Prelims. For exam dates and eligibility, confirm on the official NID admissions site.
